The Well is a luxury office build-out in Bay Harbor Islands, designed to transform an empty shell into a refined and highly functional workplace.
The space brings together private offices, collaborative work areas, conference rooms, and hospitality-inspired spaces, using warm wood tones, natural finishes, and clean architectural details to create an elevated working environment.
For Sky Werk, the project is about taking the design from concept to reality through careful coordination, precise construction, and close collaboration with the project’s architects and partners.
