ABOUT THE PROJECT
Overtown Concept Tower is a conceptual design by Sky Werk exploring vertical living through layered volumes, integrated greenery, and open-air connections throughout the building.
Stacked terraces, planted spaces, and a light structural expression create a tower concept that feels urban, breathable, and closely connected to nature.
