ABOUT THE PROJECT
Legacy Fit Wynwood is a high-energy fitness facility designed around performance, community, and the bold industrial character of its Wynwood setting.
The space combines expansive training areas with exposed structural and mechanical elements, a custom mezzanine and steel staircase, branded architectural details, and dedicated wellness and collaborative spaces. Together, these elements create an environment that extends beyond the traditional gym experience.
For Sky Werk, the project represents an integrated approach to commercial construction, bringing design, permitting, coordination, and execution together to create a space that reflects the energy and identity of the Legacy Fit brand.
